Achilles Tenderloin will provide live music for this fascinating Eureka: Sip, Savor, Science event at Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, this Saturday, from 7-11 PM. Exhibits and activities will shine a light on the science of body modification, especially tattoos.
I had a great time performing at last January’s Science of Wine event, too. I even got to meet Batman and see the original Batmobile and Batcycle from the 1970s TV series. That event raised funds for a new habitat for the museum’s Egyptian fruit bat.
From taboo tattoos to sultry science, this adult evening in the Museum has surprises around every corner. This winter fundraiser provides guests with a unique experience only the Boonshoft Museum can provide, including explosive science, delicious food, signature drinks, music, and much more. See local tattoo artists in action, discover the science and culture behind these permanent works of body art, and expand your science knowledge while mixing and mingling at Dayton’s newest and most entertaining cocktail party.
All-inclusive reservations are $90/guest (non-member), $75/guest (DSNH Member).
